The Schara Tzedeck Cemetery Board is governed by a board that was appointed by the President of the Congregation Schara Tzedeck. This board has the responsibility of oversight of the operations of the three cemeteries owned and/or operated by the Cemetery Board. The board also sets policies, as well as funeral service and burial plot pricing.

Currently, the board is comprised of the following individuals:
